    As a professional recruiter with over 15 years of experience, Laura Hill as CEO defines what it means to deliver top quality in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition. With a natural ability to match candidates based not only on skill set but also culture fit, Laura approaches every search as a partner in the success of her client's organization.     Additionally, Laura believes in giving back to the communities that support us. Serving on the KC SHRM bard for ten years, the CalSHRM Boad for two and being actively involved in community events, is a passion. In 2021 Laura, with her eldest daughter, Audrey Hill, founded Auction Angels, a non-profit supporting children an agriculture.

  • Faith Myers, Executive Recruiter

    Faith has been an Executive Recruiter with Pinnacle since 2021. She has over 12 years of Human Resources experience, with expertise in Employee Benefits, Recruitment, and Payroll. With a background as an Employee Benefits Broker and then moving into Executive Recruiting, Faith has had the pleasure of working with Kern County's most discerning companies across various industries. In addition to her SHRM-CP certification, Faith holds an MBA, and an undergraduate degree in Business Management.

    Faith is President of the 2024 Kern County Chapter of Society of Human Resources. She also serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Bristol Hospice Foundation of California. While she enjoys giving back to her community, her favorite pastime is spending precious time with her husband and three children.

    Paul joined Pinnacle in 2022 as an Executive Recruiter bringing nearly two decades of experience to the team. Paul takes pride in building relationships, coaching, encouraging candidates, and providing top talent to his discerning clients. One of Paul’s greatest strengths is giving resume advice. He consistently teaches candidates how to better utilize their resumes, and through an extensive interview process, understands the skills and strengths of every unique candidate he represents.

    His commitment to matching great people with great companies has earned Paul the reputation of being an expert in staffing in Kern County. His experience and long tenure in the local market make him a go-to resource for many Kern County employers.

    Ruby, a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a specialization in Human Resource Management from California State University Bakersfield, has eagerly stepped into the field of recruiting. In her role as Staffing Manager for Pinnacle Recruitment Services, she has developed a profound appreciation for the intricacies of matching talented individuals with the right job opportunities, meeting the needs of both clients and candidates. What truly fuels her passion for this field is the personal aspect of connecting with people, comprehending their unique life journeys, and uncovering their genuine professional passions and career goals.   • Steele Gainey, Executive Recruiter

    Steele completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from CSUB, securing an internship with Pinnacle Recruitment Services while completing his education. This background in HR makes him knowledgeable in Talent Acquisition, and he enjoys the process of staffing, developing pay structures, benefits, workplace culture, team development, and succession planning. Steele was promoted to the role of Executive Recruiter and currently manages the Egg, Poultry, Food Manufacturing, and Food Service division of Pinnacle. For the past 2 years he has enjoyed the opportunity to meet and partner with poultry industry experts across the U.S. as a strategic recruiter for their most difficult to fill positions. He actively listens to his clients, learns their company’s purpose and goals, as well as the culture that keeps them motivated. Steele enjoys speaking with candidates, creating relationships, and helping them find their next career step. When he is not working with the country’s top food companies, Steele can be found exploring his own kitchen and food cravings or competing in a boardgame with his wife and family.

Prior, Tammy worked in accounting and finance in the manufacturing industry giving her a unique understanding of our clients’ needs. A strong understanding of general business and natural matching ability, Tammy exemplifies the pinnacle model employee.
